MAC's auto service a very professional and honest business. Clayton went above and beyond to find alternative solutions and to get me the best outcome and price in regards to my car. He explained everything in detail and took the time to help me understand what needed to be fixed.

I recently took my car to Mac's for a service after seeing great reviews on here about them. I'd been going to the Mazda servicing but once the warranty ran out it was costing too much. Mac's were very friendly and helpful and a real 'no-fuss' type company. They were great to deal with and seemed to do a great job for $220 (used to pay $700-$900 at Mazda). They were very handy as I could get on the train to work with only a short walk to the station. The only things I didn't like were that they closed at 5pm which made it very difficult for me to get back there in time from work (would be great if they were open until 6pm) and they also put a sticker on my back window of my car which I didn't feel was necessary. Overall very happy.

I used Mac's for a well overdue service. Peter was very friendly, and the service cost was as expected. He was happy to answer my questions and I didn't feel like I was being led down the garden path about work "needing" to be done (as I have experienced with other mechanics).

I found out about Mac's on WOMO and my experience is definitely consistent with the other reviews. I highly recommend these guys.

I went to Mac's for a quote and after thoroughly investigating the problems and even going for a drive with me to understand what I was describing, they were able to find the source of the problems that I described. They tightened up a few things for me (for free!!) and recommended that I get a service (which I got), without putting any pressure on me to get that done with them. This is contrasted with a different mechanic that told me I needed to spend thousands on parts to fix the same issues.

I've walked out of Mac's with a healthy car and a healthy bank balance. They gave me frank advice, explained the issues in terms I could understand, provided quality service, and excellent value.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! I have experienced car problems on my way home from work and my husband was interstate, I contacted MAC's and they stayed open to check my car and fix the problem. I have been taking my car to MAC's for a couple of years now, I know they are honest & reliable. GENUINE!

Went to get a regular maintenance servicing of my 2001 commodore done here. These guys are reasonable, honest and very fast. Will give your car back in hours! Highly recommend these guys and I will be going back to them when my next servicing is due.
