Made In Italy

Very disappointed overall. The 'Made in Italy' pizza and 'Mamma Mia' pasta was tasty but nothing special. The margherita pizza was terrible. When paying $22 for 'tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, oregano & fresh basil' , we didn't expect a cheap tasting cheese pizza with ONE small leaf of basil and no oregano to be seen. Asked for more basil, got a tiny little dish with wilted leaves.

Cocktails were astoundingly bad. Their hendricks mojito was the worst I've ever had. It does state on the menu that 'raw sugar' is used, we did not expect it to be lumped at the bottom with no attempt to be mixed into the soda which was only filled about 3/4 of the way up the glass. The Camparinha was the worst of the bunch. As the favourite drink of one person in our group, she was very disappointed. Definitely won't be back.

My family and I love coming here! They make the best pizzas in the world. I will always come back.

Calabrese medium pizza $16! fresh and full of flavour and taste. Tirimisu for dessert $7. Best spent $23 in my eyes. Went here as they cater to gluten free (a friend of mine) and best move because now i love the place.

Just before heading to the Star, My friend and I went to Made in Italy for dinner. The pizzas were delicious, the atmosphere was great and the prices were reasonable.

Hubby and I stopped in here for lunch today, wow, what a restaurant, being Italian I love Italian food, so does hubby, we were greeted by such a lovely girl.
Even had a few words in Italian, which was great.
All the service was fantastic.

We ordered pizza and Bruschetta, which was really devine, we couldnt stop eating and we wanted more.

The pizza tasted like real Italian pizza (like in Italy) bought back so much memories for me

Everyone was so friendly and we are dying to go back, next time with the family.

We had a peak of the desserts definitely next time

There should be more of this restaurant everywhere

This restaurant is great value for money, the food is lovely and the service fast and friendly. My friend took me there for my birthday and I really had a great time, the atmosphere, food and company was wonderful !

This is a fantastic restaurant took my parents here and the food is exceptional, great food and wine, staff are always busy but find the time to head around and ask us if we like anything else, beautiful restaurant and lovley service.

My husband and I went for dinner at the made in Italy restaurant before Xmas. I had eaten at the York lane restaurant in the city so knew that the food would be exceptional. It was a busy night but the staff were able to accommodate us without a reservation. The decorations around the restaurant were very festive which added to the pre Christmas excitement. Food is much better than any other Italian restaurant I have been to. Reasonably priced also.

favorites with great coffee served by lovely staff who are always up for a chat. The food is delicious and always offering something sweet and homemade daily. As well as great cooked food which could fill you for the day.

Food is great and although noisy this is an excellent family restaurant. The wines (especially the Italian selection) were very good and reasonably priced. The staff is all Italian, polite and very attentive, it makes the entire experience memorable.

I love the food - though you need to go when you have loads of time to spare because it seems that after they give you the menu it can take up to half an hour for them to come around again to take your order as the young ones waiters seem to be more interested in each other than their job! Although I love the food and much prefer the take-away Made In Italy across the road :)

great food! reasonable price and friendly staff!!! what more can you ask for? ooops one thing the place is a bit small at the time we ate there but i think they've extended it now so it should be a good dining experience overall.

The service at Made in Italy was brilliant - just about every time i needed something, a staff member was ready instantly.

I was however a little disappointed with the food - it just lacked anything 'special'.

The smell alone is able to satisfy. Made in Italy makes one of the greatest pizza's I have ever tasted. After trying it just once, I knew I had to make a comment about it on here. I'll be sure to visit again...and again!

They can handle large orders and always have the pizza's ready on time. Great selection of toppings. Very popular for lunch there is limited seating. They also have a good selection of deserts.

Fantastic food in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a meal at Made in Italy is always a pleasure. Don't miss the real Italian-style woodfired pizza! This place is popular, so on Friday and Saturday nights the kitchen can get busy and there might be a short wait ... so BYO a bottle of wine and enjoy a chat while your appetite grows.
