I did many different types of group aerobics classes at this Health Club, the aerobics instructors are all very friendly and take the time out to have a friendly chat when they have the time. There is a large gym area, ladies only area and massage area as well. Fees are normal health club fees. Sometimes you notify you if there is a class cancellation but not always which is not good especially if you don't live near the gym and have to travel a long way to get there.
