We got Main Event professionals for my best friend's wedding a few years back. Their team were able to produce a stunning wedding video from start to finish. They were also very professional and made sure that everything went perfect.

I'm so delighted to have asked Peter Hale from Main Event Professionals to film our long awaited book launch.

We found him to be friendly, efficient and highly skilled as a videographer. I was pleasantly surprised
when viewing the finished product to discover a professional product well beyond my expectations,
delivered in a very timely manner. The choice of music, footage selection and stills were combined to produce a beautiful final product.

The use of two cameras really enhanced the production and created varied and interesting footage. I loved the way the interactions
of guests and the book signing were included. Featuring the audience was particularly important to us.

We wanted a DVD recording of my Dad's funeral. Peter and his team were wonderful. He was discreet and professional and very quick to get the DVD to us as we wanted to send them overseas to family that could not be here. We would highly recommend him to everyone. We had Peter Hale and his offsider video our wedding in November 2012 and they were fantastic from start to end. He was very attentive to what we wanted and captured all our requirements. The DVD was fantastic and just what we wanted. We also paid extra to have the clip available on YouTube so our family overseas could see the main parts of our wedding. Overall, we couldn't ask for more.

My husband and I had met the DJ prior to our wedding and provided him with a run sheet. We advised that we would be playing a video and slideshow during the night. We also mentioned that we would being doing a dance which we would provide him with our edited song. We asked him to please ensure he contact the venue if he had any queries beforehand to ensure everything would be ok on the day.

On the night he hadn't checked that his laptop was compatible with the projector at the venue, as a result there was a long delay with our entrance because he was having trouble playing the video we requested. Initially he played the slideshow which was meant to be played later in the evening. My bridesmaid had to ask multiple times for the video to be played. The video played with no sound because the laptop was on mute. The guests were waiting for a long time and confused why there was no sound. After which the MCs introduced us for our wedding dance, we entered and were standing there embarrassed as the wedding dance song was not ready (per runsheet). The song was provided on CD and digital formats.

During the night, the music that we and other guests requested weren't played. The farewell songs were played before the MCs had gathered the guests in a circle to farewell us.

At the end of the night the DJ left the venue without saying goodbye or checking if we were satisfied.

When I called a couple of days afterwards to give my constructive feedback, the DJ said he was happy with his performance and said "he could sleep at night" therefore would not be giving us a refund or discount.
