These guys are great with computers. Know it all and keep up to date with services, viruses, computers etc. However, they will only work on desktops. Laptops are not worth their time as they are too fiddly. Price is great compared to a lot of other places, but its always going to be pricey with technology. Just depends what the problem is. Also, if your computer just has a problem but is still useable they will put your name on the list then ring you when its your turn. Saves you going without a computer for 2 weeks. Its only a couple of days if that.
