John Malin is a gem - honest, reliable and punctual. We frequently use him to fix all sorts of problems around our house (indoors and out). Very reasonable fees and always keeps his clients updated on progressive costs of ongoing projects. Not only does John do excellent work, he also gives great advice and takes the time to explain how to maintain and fix things for yourself if you are interested in learning.
