I rang not knowing exactly what I was after for new lights in my house as it was so dark and dingy. Craig came around and advised me of the best ways to save money with new led lights. He was prompt, clean and courteous and turned up for the work when he was meant to - a tradie on time and cleans up after himself, now you dont get those very often!
