Absolutely useless and quite frankly, disgusting customer service @MandurahHolden. Husband and I attended the premises this afternoon, with pre-approval already obtained to purchase a vehicle. Despite this, and the fact that we attended at 5.15pm - the salesman in the yard refused to show us the car (or even discuss a sale), due to "the bollards already being up and we leave at 5.30pm".Husband and I even explained that we both work full time up in North Perth (takes over an hour, in peak hour traffic, to get to Mandurah). Holden Mandurah just lost a guaranteed sale! Fools!

Good quality products, and overall a very nice purchase :) I was unsure if they had the right parts for me and they went out of their way to make sure i was happy with my purchase.

Dealing with the spare parts team at Mandurah Holden is a bit of a worry, they take their time in assisting you and prices for some parts is a bit dear
