Needed a wash and blow Wave - didn’t know the salon but was so happy with the result. Friendly and comfortable - excellent wash and great blow wave for an excellent price. This will be my place in the city for a great hair services.

I've been to loads of hairdressers, but when I went to this salon I was so surprised at how professional they were. The lady owner did my hair ,it needed a lot of work,a color correction and a completely new style. I was thrilled at the result at the end a bit on the pricey side but so worth it. I now recommend everyone to go there, and they have all been very happy. five stars for me !!

I just visited this salon for an emergency repair job botched by a salon at the grace and they staff were excellent. Assisted me immediately in a professional and caring manner. I am ever so grateful and will visit the salon again.

I came back to this place last week, and to my surprise they were a lot more friendly (despite the weather outside reaching almost 42 degrees!). I believe the owner happened to be there (which might have explained the change of attitude), but overall I was far more impressed with their service. They were more attentive than before, and as usual, they gave me great advice for my hairstyle. That's worth one more star.

I have just got out of this place 5 minutes ago, and I was definitely in a very awkward situation back then: - They were washing my hair when the hairdresser had to go for a bit, so she asked another staff to take care of me. I was then rushed back to the chair with my hair still dripping. - During the cut, the staff went for more than 5 minutes without explanation to take care of a problematic customer. - When I answered her question on where I usually got my haircut, she asked me if it was a barber -- simply because she didn't know their competitors! I still give them decent ratings for having a really good result on my hair, giving me tips on how to do my hair, as well as the her unending attempt to redeem themselves by starting small talks and thanking me for coming and wishing me a nice weekend.

I have been going to the lady that owns this salon for over 15 years now. The salon has only been around for a few years but it has a great feel. The people are very professional and I've never walked out of there feeling any less than thrilled with my hair.
