My wife and I have recently started doing small group training sessions with less than 5 people. I've noticed my fitness level has gone through the roof in the last 2 months since starting. They have a great new studio and the trainers are all really great. They know how to get the best out of you but without using bootcamp techniques or yelling at you.
The pricing is different to other personal trainers I used in that you pay a set amount per week, however I think this is a better way of doing it than paying per session.
Highly recommend it - although I don't want it to get busier
