Takes me 45mins to get to them. I drove out to look at a lexus for $18,000. I paid the deposit as [redacted personal identifier] said that there was no deposit made by any other buyer. Said that if i made the deposit then they'd hold the car for me.

I receive a call about a week later, asking for me to come in to have a look at the car again. So i did as they said and came in, to find out that the car i originally put a deposit on has been sold to another person. They told me to drive that 45mins in to tell me to look at another car of the same make and model but different in colour and kilometers.

With an excuse saying, they had already sold it before i made my deposit. Load of [redacted offensive language], would not recommend to anyone. Not trust worthy at all, though i got my deposit back, my time to go back and forth from the place was just a waste of time.

I have along with my family purchased over 16 cars over the last 20 years from this company and some from other car yards. I keep coming back to Mark Eeley Motors because I have found them to be fair and very helpful with their advice and discounts ! Not everything has been absolutely perfect of course but overall I would recommend Mark Eeley Motorists and their caring staff to anyone who likes to be treated fairly.$$

Car is a lemon, lasted 6 Weeks before getting major work done to blown valves. Blames previous service. Sat there for 2 Weeks. Got it back and broke down again 1 Day later. Still don't know what is wrong. Drove around in it to see what it does, apparently nothing. That is one way of testing a car to have everyone go for a run. No mechanical report either.
I would not sent any of my friends there.
Very disappointed in their way of conduct
Still having daily problems, MTAQ,Office of Fair Trading and Q-CAT are powerless. So much for consumer rights, guess that reason is that someone is meant to make money of this(lawyers).
Do not buy a car there please, unless you got plenty of money to fix up your newley purchased Le.... ! Forget about Stat. Warranty, there is always a way out !
Now we have to get our car fixed ourselfes, pay and hope it will hold together

Approximate cost: $7990.00

Just read other reviews from 2 and 4 years ago and they've been dealt a rotten hand by this crowd, too. Good luck.

I saw a ute on their website, enquired about it and the salesman said I must pay $500 deposit so we can apply for finance. After the deposit was paid it took him 2 days to email the documents, by which time I changed my mind. Called the salesman and told him the deal is off. He yelled at me and told me the deal is going ahead. To date I haven't heard from them again and I am still $500 out of pocket. Going to see the Office of fair trading on Monday.
I will never go there again

Sold us a car a few months back...happy to show us a selection of cars. The one finally decided on was apparently a new trade in..therefore no log books on site. We were promised by the dealer that the car was fully serviced and stamped up to date in the log book. A few days later the log books turned up....loads of stamps missing....Dealer didn't want to know..just yelled at my husband that he had made 'no promises'..nice..would never go there again or recommend them to others!

Approximate cost: $12,000
