My experience was pleasant enough to start with but as the cliche goes "never trust a car salesman" ended up being correct. I purchased a 2012 Triton in 2016 with full service history stamped by a Mitsubishi dealership up to 120,000 klm, I found out after my purchase that the dealership had no record of the services, called them because I had to replace the front shocks and disc brakes, oil, air filter etc which cost $2,000, anyway had no joy when I made a complaint, they said the vehicle was checked by their service people before the sale, but hard to believe considering it needed all the repairs I mentioned, oh well live and learn I suppose.

Not only am i happy with my hilux that i bought from mark and phill, (at a very competative price).
There service was 5 star, honesty goes a long way in this business and my mechanic confirmed everything they had listed about the car. Nothing hidden.
Definately trust them to buy another vehicle and will reccomend them.

Purchased a 2015 VW Tiguan from Mark Gade Autos today. We got a car that looked brand new with only 5000 km, for a price much lower than we would of paid brand new. The transaction was so quick and easy. These guys are are so friendly and accommodating and are such a pleasure to purchase from. Should we find ourselves needing an upgrade in the future, we will definately be going back to see them. Will also recommend them to our family and friends for sure.

We rely on their diligence, knowledge and expertise to find us the best quality and value for money. They are also generous supporters of their local community.

I needed to purchase a used car... I'd had some really bad car purchase experiences in the past and when I recently found myself needing to find a car to suit my needs (after 10+ years of driving my old commodore VX... .... I sent out an SOS to my relatives to ask their advice and help... the whole selling/purchase ordeal seemed too hard to do on my own as I didn't know
who to trust and didn't have the time to look around and needed a car quickly..
My brother had not so long ago purchased, through Mark Gade, a fantastic Ford that ran on LPG. He was so impressed with the trade in he got , the deal Mark gave him and the fantastic car he purchased, he told me that Mark was the expert and could also find the right car for me at a price I could afford.
So we let Mark Gade know what I was after (I drive 2-3 hours a day, cart around a car-full of kids, need reliability and a car that's powerful and that will last...and also wanted an LPG car) ...plus he had to work with my limited budget and be prepared to trade in the old VX.
Incredibly - after only 1-2 weeks Mark had found the perfect car that I picked up
yesterday - much better than I had hoped for. He accepted my VX as a trade in, plus an older car my 90 year old mum no longer drives - and gave me an amazing deal on the smartest Ford Falcon I've seen. It is in perfect condition with low kms. and of course runs on LPG as I requested.
The whole transaction was so easy and fast, the staff so friendly - there were no
hassles, hiccups or problems. I'm now driving this fantastic car that NRMA insurance said was "a great deal". The family is ecstatic. Mark had had his
mechanic check it out and had it cleaned so it's like new.
If you want me to list the CONS... the only problem was finding parking at the back of busy Parramatta Road Auburn...but Mark even came out and directed me where to park.
The whole experience with Mark Gade Automobiles was so smooth and fantastic that I'm still on cloud 9. I've begun telling my neighbours and friends about Mark Gade..
There is no doubt I'd come back to Mark Gade if I ever needed to buy again... but...
I actually think this car will last 'til my kids are adults.
