We had a great experience using this company. Tony was at our house within half an hour on a Saturday for a flooded carpeted room. Fixed it up with minimum disruption. Lovely person and great service, will definitely use again.

Had a pretty bad flood in an apartment with a big expensive carpet. Masterclass turned up quickly, did the clean, checked everything was ok and left blowers etc for drying. Kept to quote, wrote up report etc. Professional and great bloke.

They arrived and did both cleaning service same day. They did such an excellent job on my slate floor, mirror shine, but not slippery and the carpet smell fresh and looking great. Amazing job! With short notice, MasterClass Carpet Cleaning team came to clean my old dirty carpet. Was very much impressed with the cleaning result. They spent extra miles to remove the stains that others has previously attempted but no luck. While they were here, I also had them clean my kitchen tiles and the result is amazing.
