I came to this store looking at wanting to purchase some solar lights with some money I received for mothers day. Unfortunately they didn't have them in stock but they willingly checked if any other stores still had them in stock. Well Done.

Called in to get my BBQ gas bottle exchanged. Found them to be the best price for exchanging gas bottles. While I was there I decided to have a bit of a look around. The staff are really helpful and happy, there is a fantastic product range as you would expect. The store is uncluttered and fairly well laid out with appropriate signage. I would imagine you would be hard put not to find what you were looking for. I was most impressed and will certainly visit again.

A great hardware store that is absolutely massive. There is everything that you could possibly need including tools, paints, appliances, lighting, plants etc and I love that they have kitchen and bathroom layouts so you can actually see what the product looks like ie ovens, fridges, cook tops etc. The only negative was that a Customer Service lady walking around asked me 5 times in 15 minutes if I needed help. She completely forgot who I was every time she spoke to me. This I find very unprofessional in any business. But on the weekends, they always have someone doing a sausage sizzle and there is a coffee and cake van as well ...

Very friendly people working there to help assist with finding and recommending a from wide range of stock. Received help easily to find the product I was searching for.

Very nice people working there always willing to offer their help even when not needed. It is pleasant when going in summer because of the airconditioning.

I needed some soil for garden bed and got some great advice from a lovely lady who works in the garden section. She went out of her way to show me organic pesticides and loaded the heavy bags of compost from the shelves to the car, will be back!

Had to find appropriate hardware for a DIY job that I wasn't sure about. The staff were helpful, friendly, very understanding (I didn't feel like a 'Wally' for having no idea) and the range and prices of stock were great.

A real cut above the other major hardware store now far away. The store is very well laid out, the staff looking to help you, not avoid you, and their prices are extremely competitive. Garden Centre plants could be better, but I recon just give them time!
