Called Matt to service both of our vehicles, after our regular mechanic of 20 years retired. Matt is easy to talk to and organising a day and time was no issue. Matt clearly did a thorough job. He wrote reports on both vehicles including issues that he identified that needed addressing. He only uses quality parts also, as that is important to us. very happy to use Matt again.

Matt has serviced our family's cars for years - he's almost one of the family. That said, we don't see him often. I was on my way home late at night last week when my car threw an engine fault and went into hobble mode. I crawled home. At 7:15 in the morning I SMSed Matt to see if he could come and help. He texted back immediately, with an offer to be at my place at 10:30 AM. He actually arrived early and had the car fixed, tested and operational in minutes. I was able to make my afternoon appointments. A lifesaver! And, despite it being an emergency call out with short notice, Matt still only charged his minimum call-out fee.
