absolutely terrible service. I am a registered nurse & recently had influenza A ( flocked swab diagnosed). I have returned to work in the last week & my immunity is still weak & I've picked up a secondary cold. I even showed my results to the pharmacist & she was completely dismissive of me. Then tried to flog me neurofen even though my symptoms are snuffly nose, headache, watery eyes. I told her I am not a fan of neurofen - they have recently been in trouble trying lying what their product does. All I wanted was a nasal spray of some sort & cold & flu tablets. I told her all I wanted was cold & flu tablets- the last time I got them was 4 months ago so clearly I am not selling the stuff for the ICE trade! oFH THEN SHE TOLD ME I SHOULD GO BACK TO THE GP IF I HAVE ANOTHER COLD.
I left & told her she was very unhelpful. then went to chemist warehouse & actually spoke to the great pharmacist who had got my Tamiflu in 2 weeks earlier. WILL NEver go back to the unhelpful & invasive & rude staff at this chemist.

Fantastic service at this small chemist. Even though there is a large pharmacy chain chemist in the centre I prefer to shop her when possible. The staff are very knowledgable and would rather not sell you a medicine if they feel it will not benefit you. They take the time to talk to you. Lovely, old-fashioned service.
