Mazzucchelli's Belconnen

So my watch was in need of a repair, I asked around and thought that Mazzucchelli's would be a safe bet for a quick repair and a good value one. How wrong I was. Despite the appearance of assisting at the shop front, it took a period of two months to have the watch repaired and it was not a cheap experience. The lack of customer liaison was the most disappointing thing - having a $500 watch sitting with these guys for two months was just frustrating to say the least. Their jewellery might be nice, but don't bother if you are in need of watch repair. Disappointed.
