This gym is good in terms of services offered and location, it being a 24h gym with ample parking (with no time restriction). There is a creche and kids classes (the kids classes are free where the parent is a member) however the creche must be paid for $3.50 per session (a 10- or 20-pass may be purchased at a slightly cheaper cost). In terms of customer service, this has been a great issue. When I joined the gym I had my membership created twice (and charged twice) until I discovered the error and staff fixed it; my surname was misspelled in the system in terms of logging into the app, so I could not book creche online and upon calling it was double booked at one occasion as well which again I would not have discovered had I not noticed that what was left in my pass for the creche was being reduced too fast; finally I cancelled my membership, being told that there was nothing else that I needed to do in the regard and somehow the record has disappeared, previous employed staff has left and so my cancellation went from being a 30 days notice to effectively 60 day notice. It appears to me that there are just too many mistakes made in the process and quite sincerely I expect better than this from any company. The whole matter of dealing with the staff at this gym is just not worth the facilities and anything other that this site can offer.
