From my initial call and consultation, right through to the procedure and courtesy follow up call, Dr Beaini and Rose from the Wahroonga office were really pleasant and welcoming. They made me feel calm and at peace with my decision to go ahead with my ear otoplasty and explained in detail what to expect. Any questions I had were answered and the procedure and post-corrective care was clearly outlined. Dr Beaini made time for me in a limited window and we locked in a date and time.
On the day of the procedure, Rose was extremely welcoming and put me completely at ease. Any nervousness I felt walking into the office were quickly erased by Rose with her genuine caring nature and total professionalism.
I have to say, Dr Beaini is world class. He is brilliant at what he does, but that brilliance does not come with an ego or arrogance. He is a very polite, caring man, who takes great pride in client comfort and the execution of the procedure. I was made to feel very safe and in the best care possible.

For approximately 4 decades, my ears were a part of my anatomy that really bothered me. Dr. Beaini has been able to erase the anxiety, the embarrassment, the awkwardness and at times, the teasing and wisecracks, all within an hour! Yes, there is some swelling and they are a bit sore, but this is to be expected. I feel so happy with my decision and look forward to when my ears have fully healed and I can confidently showcase the new me.

I am extremely happy with the results and to anyone who is considering bat ear correction or any of the other amazing treatments that are on offer, wait no longer and call MD Cosmedical Solutions today!

I had threads done by Dr Beaini lasted one week .wasted 3900 . He was so rude and arrogant after I complained ,nothing I could do about it . Please don’t go to this Dr

Not worth it. Half the treatment, unfriendly and unprofessional

Absolutely rubbish, after booking an appointment and the added expense of 2 taxi cabs into the city. Only to be told by a very unprofessional receptionist stuffing her face with a Chinese take out! “Oh we tried to contact you to cancel” well maybe if you had left a message (email or voicemail) I might have actually received it!!!!! Not even a sorry. I do not recommend this shoddy and unprofessional business!!
