great central place to stay in Melbourne , rooms are goos - food is good & the prices are reasonable given the quality would definitely recommend as a decent place to stay

We tend to stay Mercure a fair bit, as it's always good value for money. This time was no different. We booked through an online 'last minute' site and got a great deal for two nights.

Lovely clean hotel, from the lobby up. Our room was nice, our bed comfortable, and we enjoyed our breakfast in the mornings.

Fast check in. Room was comfortable, clean. Basic accommodation. My main reason I would return would be the breakfast which was amazing and the service. The concierge was extremely helpful in assisting us with local entertainment, restaurants and transport options. Thankyou

The receptionist at this hotel is fantastic, we had alot of people checking out when we left and she got all of us through quickly and with minimal fuss, even the fussy couple in front of us were soothed. The rooms are standard rooms, nothing special. They have a pillow menu if you'd like a different pillow, which alot of hotels are doing now a days. Excellent view from our window, the Treasury Gardens and the MCG. We were on the 6th floor. This hotel is on the otherside of the city to most of the shopping, so make sure you are ready to walk. Right near the the train station which was handy.
