They don't answer emails or phone calls. Office of Fair Trading had the same problem but after I complained to them Mega Machine refunded my money with the comment that they didn't know where to send the items to
I thought that the address was shown on PayPal
It has been 7 weeks since I sent mega machine warehouse $900 for three chainsaws. Today I was sent fake tracking numbers. Wish I had read other reviews before sending money :(
