I find this chemist has a good array of products and brands. The products are clearly labelled from signs hanging from strings from the ceiling so it can make it easy to find things. They usually have the product I'm looking for (always have except for the very last time which was the other day). I had a blood finger prick test there for free once and it told me my cholesterol was really good so that was handy! They have these 'nurses' visiting every now and again and they usually stand out the front of the chemist in easy sight. They could improve on their prices that's for sure but I realise they need to cover the exorbitant rental costs of having a shop at Erina Fair. Customers seem to end up paying for that! Handy location right near the fruit shop and Coles. I go there only if it's necessary as I usually go to a cheaper one to save on pharmaceutical costs as we have a family of five.

Very friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Recently they saved us a lot of hassle, time & money by recommending a different brand for a prescription (had to be special ordered, quite costly), they asked what it was for, then recommended product, then called our Dr to confirm they could substitute for different brand product. They went far beyond normal customer service and we were very appreciative.

The staff are always attentive and helpful. it is their winning strength. It provides great free services and seminars for baby care, foot care, diabetes care, weight loss and heart care. It is conveniently located above the Erina Fair medical centre and opposite to Coles.

Excellent service. Truly caring and responsive to client needs. Always friendly staff. Always busy. Plenty of friendly smiling staff at all times. Excellent continuing service especially with health issues like sleep apnea, diabetes, etc.

This place is always well staffed and you don't have to wait too long to be served. Prices are the same as everywhere else, and heaps of products to chooses from. Watch out for their specials too, sometimes I get some great bargains.

When you walk in the door, there is a person waiting to assist you if needed. They smile at you and you are free to just smile back and walk by or ask for assistance. Quick, friendly service. Have wide range of products. If there is a queue starting to form at the checkouts, more assistants are called immediately, so you never have a long wait to pay for your items.

I find I am never left waiting or staring at a product more than a minute or two before an assistant comes to offer advice. Great value for money, low prices, and they often offer free or discounted services and information sessions.
