Mei Jing is our go to Chinese Restaurant for takeaway or for Yum Cha on a Sunday. Excellent quality food and good service.

Takeaway / Home Delivery is available and you're looking at about $60 for 2 x mixed entrees, 2 x mains (e.g. Chicken & Cashews, Beef in Black Bean) and a large special fried rice that easily does 2 people for 2 meals.

Yum Cha on the weekends is fantastic. They have two sittings - 11:30am and 1pm. You get all the usual Yum Cha delights but you can also order off menu items. Be sure to ask for the prawn rice noodles - they are awesome. We usually go in a group and it ends up costing $25 to $30 each including a couple of drinks!

This is one of my favourite Chinese restaurants. The food is really really yummy! Their cantonese dim sims are to die for and everything i have tried is really good. The staff are always friendly. Very quick service

Visited here with my husband for our anniversary dinner. We enjoyed the set banquet.
We were seated right next to the wall with fish tanks, which freaked me out a bit having different sea creatures staring at me while I was eating.
I'd love to go back and sit on the other side of the restaurant. Service and food were lovely.

If we ever felt like a sit-down Chinese meal, this is the restaurant we go to. We love the set banquet with steamed fish in the original menu. This is now only available with crab or crayfish which means we have to eat and spend more. That just means that can't be a regular thing anymore; will just have to be an occasional treat. They also do great yumcha during the day. Great service as always.

A reputable restaurant. Wantirna locals are very lucky to have this restaurant in their midst. It is a good size, not too small nor too cavernous, and the menu offering is well executed and offers variety. I have tried their yum cha a few times, and have never been disappointed by the food or service.

This is a full scale Chinese Restaurant and we have been there three or four times for Yum Cha, and have never been disappointed. The service is good and food of a wonderful standard. Will be back there over and over again!

Although there was a few tables of birthday dinner happening, we still receive good service from them! No long wait for our food to be serve. Love their roasted duck & claypot tofu... Is nice to go in big group for Chinese food, so that you can order & try more variety of dishes.

Went dinner with a group of friends - 10 pax. They are quick on serving the ordered dish, my favorite dish is the deep fried chilli tofu. Ample car parks around the area.

Service was good, even as it got busier. Fried food was a little oily, so wouldn't get that again, but Anything else was very nice. And their egg tarts were light and not too sweet. Very yummy. Looking forward to returning to try a whole different select, plus a repeat of a few good ones from this visit.

Approximate cost: $5.00
