Had my Toyota serviced here once and have not been back. I had missed one of my services and the staff asked if I wanted to do both the current service & the missed service. I quite clearly requested only the current service as neither were a major service. On pick up they still charged me the full amount for 2 services!!

I like to send my car to be serviced by a dealer where possible, and Melbourne City Toyota is the most conveniently located centre to me. I found their service department to be perfectly satisfactory service-wise, and they had the car back to me quickly. I must admit that I didn't shop around for prices so perhaps I should, but overall, I'd be happy to send my car back here, if only for the convenience.

Approximate cost: $2-300

This dealership is so nice to you when you buy a car then they act like they don't know you or are not interested in helping you. The car service area is useless, the staff who work in this area have no professionalism and are on personal calls all day long, you can hear and see it all while waiting for your car.
Lastly, they are a rip off with service costs compared to other Toyota dealers, so you need to shop around.
