Disgraceful service and unprofessional. Selfish business. Since it was erected a year ago sections of our fence between our house and the neighbours has fallen several times, and Big Reds/Melb Fencing have failed to rectify, despite promising that they would fix, and admitting that they stuffed us around. We are going to VCAT to claim costs. Fallen fence has damaged our property. Avoid these people. The other reviews speak for themselves.

I got pissed off by the customer service lady when I called to follow up on a quote I requested two weeks ago. She seems to be not interested to get any new jobs as they are so busy with their workload. Even getting a quote may take 4 weeks. I'm not sure how they would complete the jobs if they are given the job. So not going to go with this company when their customer service is so arrogant.

had to chase them up more than once to actually get the job completed - took over 3 weeks in the end - once they did finally get stated - to get my yard fences completed and even then had to get them back to finish some nailing on the gates. good value and good fencing if you don't mind having to keep a close eye on them and do all the calling and follow up. pretty disappointed with the service, but happy with the quality of the fences and gates - eventually.

Had a quote from the neighbor's for a fence. We chose Big Reds Fencing as they were the cheapest of the quotes. I also had to get an additional side gate, which was no problems, and they sent me out a new quote with this added on. My partner and I were very happy with the work done. Unfortunately, the fence has shrunk within a couple of weeks due to the timber they use, but I was told from another fence builder this is normal. Shame, cause now we have gaps we have to fill. I was also told I would get a phone call with a start date but I didn't.

the work they did was great and the value was good and they did the job on time and the service as over the top
