I have been going here for over a year for chronic neck and hip pain. I have found the staff to be very friendly and the physicians to be knowledgeable. They have helped decreased the pain that I've been suffering from, and increased my quality of life.

I quite like this clinic. The clinicians are all well-trained. There's a great variety of them. They do good work. If you're looking for consistently good treatment, this is definately a great choice. The clinic was clean and welcoming ,and the practitioners were friendly and professional.

Great service and very effective in helping to ease out muscle pain during my pregnancy. The therapist spend some time asking question, providing consultation, etc.
However, I must say that they are running really tight on time. If you are late, they will cut down the service time. The service the provided (eg:1 hour massage) is including the consultation as well. So, I think you'd better talk less or probably ask question during the massage.
ONe thing that I really do not like or honestly, hate to see is the receptionist. She has this attitude that she is so cold that she will always say something that gives an impression that she is always in the right. Very cold and I must say that it is not something I am looking forward to when cancelling appointment, asking question or telling her that I am running behind the time.
I must say that it is a bit more expensive than some other places. But the location is very convenient and that's the only reason why I am ignoring the unwelcoming receptionist.
Hi, thank you for your review of my centre and congratualtions on your pregnancy! We have the best pregnancy massage carers here. I am sorry to hear you had a not so happy experience with one of my reception team. I have spoken with them both and assure you they are aware a client thought they were 'cold' and now they are very warm :)) I value all feedback and it means we can ensure we are continuing to learn and grow and give the fantastic service we are known for every time.
In regard to the treatment time, its a 60 min service which must include time to make sure the therapist knows your health and your goals as well as areas you have as concern. It also includes time to get dressed as well. We try to make sure most of this time is for the actual hands on treatment and if a client is running late its not really fair on the clients after to all run late so its important to be on time to get the most from your service :) We do our very best to move clients if this is the case and we have advanced notice and of course if they can also move their times. We try our very best to make sure everyone is happy.

Thank you for responding to my review with your utmost professionalism. I have approached the massage therapist and let her know about my feedback of the place. I received a response apologizing for any discomfort I experienced. I am happy to see that my compaint was handle in a good manner. I guess at the end, it is all about personalise service and have the effort in understanding the customer. I have recommended my husband to come to your place and we are happy to give you guys a second try. Thank you.
I was very very impressed with the service and the professionalism of the naturopath that I saw and I will happily return there, however make sure you check the rates for services when you book, I didn't, and assumed it would be in the ballpark of similiar services I had received elsewhere and was shocked at the cost (my own fault for not checking earlier)

We love feedback. We have made sure we have attached to all bookings an email with a what to expect from a consultation for all services to ensure everyone knows what to expect, time, directions to the centre, forms to fill in and rates.

This clinic has a great range of services available in alternative therapies. One of the best naturapaths works at this clinic .. Fiona Chin... if you get an appointmnet with Fiona .. you can be guaranteed that she will look after you better than any other
