You don't want the bother of having to do lots of paper work. They do all this with the insurance company. Just hand over your key and they get you a cab. They call to let you know how it's going. Customer service experience stands out because its rare to be treated so well. They took my car in straight away and started to order the parts needed that morning. This exceeded my expectations as I was expecting to have to book it in for a couple of weeks later and to be without the use of my car for weeks. As it turns out I'll have it back within the week.I'm delighted.
