Melbourne's Cheapest Cars

My daughter purchased her first car from Melbourne’s cheapest cars ( Moorabbin). Great choice of vehicles in the warehouse. Sales staff friendly and helpful. Customer service staff member Isabelle answered any enquires we had , and returned calls promptly. Isabelle arranged registration and delivery of vehicle to our home and all was done in a timely manner.
The RACV vehicle inspection we had done was perfect.
Very happy with the result.

Disgusting lies over simple things and stretched for 3 weeks unnecessarily, now going to VCAT. They lied when asked if vehicle has been in any prior accident, a Holden warranty conducted proved an accident had occurred to require the warranty worked charged and the promise for the second key to be found and advised not to spend any monies for a second set, they stated they would find the second set, then last statement was no never can do, they will do nothing.

Don't waste your time at this place. Sales person didn't know anything about the car we were looking at. Said they don't negotiate on price, but said maybe if we spoke to the manager there was a chance - followed that the don't ever negotiate (that doesn't make sense, either they do or don't). Offered us a free service, but the car had only just had one, then free oil, also replaced in service, then offered warranty, but car was 2105 so has remaining factory warranty. We ended up going to spend our money at [redacted - mentions alternative business by name], where we bought for a lot less money the same car with less KM's and a far superior service. Not so Melbourne's cheapest cars - shame on you for false advertising and dreadful customer service. Never visit you again.

I rang to enquire as to the amount i could finance, with no mention of any cars, no mention of money, i was told NO chance of finance at all because i receive a pension. You should ask more than 1 or 2 questions before saying no. Your so called customer service needs a lot of work.

Don't waste ur money and time . Bought a car one year ago . Since day one I always had a problem . Finally decided to sell it coz I am sick of it . Spent lot of money to fix it . So went back to them to sell it . They said they don't want it . They no there cars r Crap . Don't be fooled .

bought a holden com,speak t0 the older saleman edmand lam test drive few car..,not pushy.explain all the feature.good to talk to wife is happy to buy the car because the saleman spend time with us, very upfront,visit few car yard .this is the best car yard to buy car.i will be back for the next if edmund lam still work there

I wouldn't recommend this place. Their cars are absolute rubbish. No one gets back to you in anything. I have wasted time, credit and sleep. I bought a car Mazda CX-9 luxury for $42,000 on loan. The car has been with them more than with me. This is the 5th time they are fixing it. The car is lemon. I dnt know why they rip people off and pretend so much. Such a big company with cars that are not functioning. Very disappointing. Am so disgusted with their service and treatment. So dodgy.

i just bought my third car from MCC, the car is ok but i was ripped off on my trade in. thy gave me $750 fr my 2001 vx commodore with no haggling and then put cashed the rego and put it up for sale 2 days later as is for $2950.00 i will never go back to them again, they ripped me off

We brought a Ford Territory from here this year, the staff always ask if you need help and are willing to answer questions honestly. There are many cars in the yard and in the warehouse, many different vehicles to look at and probably drool over. Prices are better than most places, so I see why they call themselves "Melbourne's cheapest cars". I would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking at buying a vehicle.

A car yard full of old bombs over-priced. I was disgusted by the quality of the cars in my price range- under $7000.
I'm sure it's not bad value for recent model cars but for cars over 10 years old I really wouldn't bother. A lot of them were filthy too.

I came to buy a car here when I was 21 and desperate for a car and they could smell my desperation and tried to take advantage of it by pushing me to finance a car (which I didn't do thankfully.) The cars definitely aren't Melbourne's cheapest cars I've found other car yards much cheaper. The staff were intimidating and cared more about sales than leaving a good impression or caring about how you feel.

I've been to MCC on two occasions and both times I've had great service with no pressure to purchase. -- I ended up with a great car at a great price, served by a gentleman by the name of Daniel Dang. Daniel went above and beyond in assisting me find the perfect car. Will definitely recommend. :)

Melbourne's biggest caryard. There are acres and acres of lots here, selling everything from unregistered, as is vehicles to really high quality cars.

Make sure you have a whole day to look around. It took us two days to decide what to buy and who to buy it from, but we were happy with our purchase.

Never seen so many cars in one place before. Huge range, great prices, staff is great and answer every question you have. If you're in Moorabbin and looking for a car i honestly suggest having a look there :)

I went here looking for a used car and found it crawling with salesmen. I don't know why there was so many but it was intimidating and hard to look at a car without them perstering you. A lot of the older cars that were very cheap, were in disgusting condition. One even had a beer bottle in the back seat!

We had an accident and our car was written off. While we waited for the settlement from the insurance, we came here to have a look at cars. It's HUGE. So many car lots and vehicles to choose from.

Unfortunately the salesmen were disinterested. Being two women, they ignored us, and when we asked questions, were treated like idiots.

They lost our business and will not be used by us ever.

My partner and I have bought 2 cars from here. Both salesmen were extremely helpful, friendly and patient. I took a car for a test drive and when I came back, I decided I wanted the different colour. So I took that one out and loved it. Nothing is too much trouble. We haven't had any problems with our cars. Huge variety of cars and colours. Highly recommend.
