Unfortunately they are the only hardware store in our area so i have been here more often then i wish. The staff are never helpful, often rude. They are most often overpriced because there is no competition. Their customer service really stinks, no one will go out of their way to help you at all.

Most of the time the staff are friendly and helpful. My experience the other day leaves a little to be desired. I ask at the counter for help to get some cord. A staff member said he would fix it up for me, so I thought he was behind me walked over to where the cord was, and waited and waited and waited. Some one else had asked for help after me, and he totally forgot that he was suppose to be helping me, as I couldn't just get it myself. He did see me after one of the managers came and helped me, and he said to me, I forgot you didn't I and I said yes. As I said most of the time they are helpful, but they don't always carry in products what you need.
