There are no words to express our thanks to Doug Russell and his friend, Roger, for coming to the rescue of an elderly couple's situation on a Saturday afternoon, when they had their power unexpectedly cut off.
Taking the time to thoroughly fix so many elements in their home, doing everything that was required to be able to turn their electricity back on, in the safest possible way - total professionals.
We appreciate the time you were prepared to take from your weekend and your family - we thank your families for sharing you with us, in order to get all the jobs done. It was a huge commitment not only for a Saturday but thank you for coming to further check and calibrate the new systems on Sunday and Monday - thorough and meticulous.

Doug's out with for a 3rd time at the house, not fixing old jobs, this time he's saving the day as I cut through the electrical cable for the front gate while cutting the hedges. I texted him last night, he was with us first thing this morning. Same story when we got all the lights replaced in our living room and also when we got the electrics at our outdoor area fixed up. He's a top lad, came highly recommended, friendly and insightful. If there was a Medal of the Order of Australia for Services to the Electrical Industry, Doug would be a Recipient, he's that good!

Doug came over again and installed 2 X outdoor lights and fan.
Advised us where to place the lights to gain maximum beams.
After job , Doug and Damo cleaned up and left the deck tidy.

The first time I worked with Doug he saved me time and money by asking important questions during our initial phone call that other electricians hadn't considered. Highly recommend. Communication is prompt and efficient. His work is excellent! He is kind and respectful. The fair price is simply the icing on the cake given how great he is.

Doug and his son were absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! They did a fiddly rewiring/new oven install in our 70s kitchen September last year. I had a newborn + a toddler running around but they worked around that and were very conscious of noise. They did a great job, they also visited beforehand (free of charge) to make sure what we wanted was feasible with the current power situation. I found them so knowledgeable, communicative and professional and they did a fantastic job.
