I have nothing but praise for the help I received from Doug and Thomas when they came to correct a fault in my lighting this week. They were not only efficient and effective in correcting the fault, but also explained the procedure that would be necessary had a new form of connection been required. Exceeded my expectations. Doug and his 2 guys, Damien & Thomas, did a great job on one, fixing a LED issue, then two, running electrical plug extensions inside a difficult unit.
