Absolute incompetent you drop off a vehicle and don’t hear back from these people the Managers busy cars been there for a week and no response as to when or if it’s repaired

Hi Darren,
In response to my “Do not contact” on my profile, I have no idea how this got here. I have always asked for updates on my vehicle as this is the right thing to do before working on someone’s car beyond what was agreed on key hand over.
You have my phone number and you are more than welcome to contact me to discuss how this profile change happened.
I find it very disconcerting that your service advisors are changing the contact preference of your customers without them knowing. My guess is David Nye or Deb Bettridge had something to do with worsening my experience. Whilst you are at it, please let David know that calling his customers a pain in the neck is not professional behaviour and perhaps if he is being asked if he has had a bad day, it could be a great time to reign in the attitude.

There is little chance there is anything you can do to retain my business and I can only heed warning to anyone who would like to pay a silly amount of money to be ignored and told “we are very busy”. Note to Deb, we are all very busy and this is no excuse for insufficiency in service. Darren, I would consider jumping ship, you seem reasonable and have the right expectations. 7 years of trying their best to sink but are blessed with a convenient location. 3.9 stars is barely anything to brag about and I’m sure you get a lot of unwarranted 1 star reviews but I reassure you, this is as legitimate as it comes, as you may have gathered.

The man who receptionist is very nice but service my car is not very good. I changed 4 new tyres and wheel alignment but they didn't do wheel balance and adjust the steering wheel so I bring my car back the second time but exactly the same problem before that steering wheel a bit of to the right hand side made me wait too long and another appointment in the bank. Not good service but I like receptionist guy, two hours waiting

I had my Toyota 86 Engine Valve Spring Recall service at Melville Toyota. I was hesitant at first, however Steven was so helpful and even went to the extent of sending me 30+ photos of the process of them taking out my engine and fixing the defective parts. I highly recommend Melville Toyota after this experience.
They suggested I replace my spark plugs, which they offered a decent price (after some reasonable negotiation)
They replaced many components of my engine, and it runs as though it is brand new. The technician was very thorough and I am impressed that they documented the process with photos. - All covered by Toyota Australia.

After receiving a flat tyre on my Kluger, I took the damaged tyre in for repair to my local tyre dealership. Long story short, they made a mess of what should have been a simple fix by over-tightening my lock-nuts on the wheel and sheered one off, damaged the others and did not have spare parts to complete the job.
I rang Melville Toyota service the next day who provided an outstanding service once the matter was brought to the their attention. Mike Dunn and his team had my car back on the road within no time at all, and finally in a safe manner. They even went the extra yards by giving my vehicle a wash.
I always use Melville Toyota to service my vehicle on a regular basis and as always, another brilliant job with first class customer service and knowledge. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I would highly recommend Mike and the team at Melville Toyota Service.

I have visited this dealership 2 times in 6 Months since moving into the area. Both times the booking for my car had disappeared. I was served by 2 different service agents who were extremely unsatisfactory, disorganised & disrespectful once they realised the dealership had made a mistake. Both times my complaint was escalated to the Service Department Manager to No avail. Absolutely DISGUSTING standard of customer service. I'm going back to the dealer need my old house !

So disappointed and won't return. On leaving the car in for servicing today, received a phone call in the afternoon outlining additional work necessary now to the tune of $3000. They suggested I could give the go ahead on phone and it would be completed by tomorrow. I asked for an itemised list of what was needed / costs to think about it ( there have been no issues with the car and this was routine servicing). Interestingly on going to collect the car with my husband, suddenly a different take on it from the salesman with statements like 'does the work need to be done now or even in 6 months, no not really, but we'll kept an eye on it'. Yet he would have actively encouraged me earlier in the day to pay an additional $3000 for work we suspect isn't necessary. Misleading, likely chauvinistic and disappointing. Will definitely be going elsewhere in future.

I was out looking for a new car with my partner last Wednesday night and decided to stop in at Melville Toyota on Leach Highway. When my partner and I walked on to the yard we were almost immediately greeted by a friendly salesman. Funnily enough, his name was Melville! We told Melville we would like something family sized, and he was quick to show us an array of different models, varying from huge four wheel drives, all the way to family vans more suited to city living.

After a good deal of consideration we decided the Kluger would be the best choice for us by explaining to Melville our purposes for purchasing a new vehicle – starting a family and planning a few trips away – and in turn received a detailed description of all kinds of features such as colour, different levels of pulling power, accessories, warranty, and so much more! It was nice to speak to a salesman who was genuinely interested in our wants and needs, and not just his paycheck!

After selecting the specifications for our future vehicle with Melville, and going through all of the servicing and finance choices, we chose which options which best suited us and walked away with smiles on our faces and a new car to look forward to! The whole process was absolutely effortless. Can't wait until delivery day. Thank you Melville Toyota!
