I was looking for a difficult combination of flights, (Australia --> Jakarta --> Singapore --> Johannesburg --> London --> Australia), which was going to cost a fortune. I don't normally use travel agents, as I can usually find cheaper myself, but in this case, Damian Merola from Merola's was able to find an obscure deal with Virgin Atlantic, which saved us at least $1000.

All the staff there are friendly and helpful, and I know a lot of my friends use them too.
