Had a facial here 2 days ago. Omg! My skin has never looked so good! Great service, beautiful salon, and what a fabulous ethos.

I am a new customer and can highly recommend. I recently had an ankle fusion and was looking for somewhere to help with my rehab. I purchased a few sessions in the vibra sauna and have been so happy with the results it has given me. I have one per week. The staff, Meghan and Maddy are super friendly.

Sorry, but didn't get the service for the price I paid. $126 for microdermabrasion, hardly took 20 minutes for the whole process. No face mask after the procedure. Incomplete service. I have had many microdermabrasion done before, so really felt the poor quality of service.
The girls were pleasant and lovely though. its just the way the procedure was done is very poor.

I have been visiting Meticulous Organic Beauty for a few years. The team have always been accommodating and helpful and understand the pressures of work and life. I have been using the vibra sauna...I love it. Especially when i a training and recovering from an event.

I have only being going to Meticulous Organic Beauty for about 6 months but Megan is so friendly and lovely I feel like I have been going for ages. Love the place and the service.

Highlight of my month is a trip to Meticulous. I leave feeling incredibly relaxed and my skin has responded so well to their organic products. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The vibrosaun session is an great experience. It's like going to the sauna but without the uncomfortable feeling your head is exploding and very red. A relaxing treatment that brings you back to lying on the beach on a nice summer hot day but without the risk of a sun burn. Well recommended for a nice winter escape.

Great Friendly Staff who really know their stuff. Highly-trained and go out of their way to do the little things that really let you either relax or have a treatment to work on something that needs doing. They make sure the ambiance is great during a massage and actually listen to what you'd like worked on rather just doing it their way.

Ive been going to this salon for about 7 months on a regular basis. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel special and welcome. I have no hesitation in recommending this as the best salon in Melb.

I went for a bikini wax here last week and had hot wax spilled all over my $50 pair of undies. I was reassured at the time that this would definitely come out in the wash. When it didn't I called and left a message, detailing the particulars and asking for a call back. No-one came back to me. So I called again and was put through to the manager. She said she'd received my message but hadn't known why I was calling...was it just to let them know about my ruined panties? 'Umm. No..' I said, somewhat affronted that someone running a business based on customer service could be so rude 'I was kind of expecting you to offer a refund for the pair of knickers you have ruined, or the money I paid you to ruin them, or at the least to show some of remorse for the incident'. She then went on to list every reason under the sun why this incident was, in fact, my fault. This included (bizarrely) asking, 'have you never had a bikini wax before?' (I have them regularly and this has never happened before). She went on, 'you should have taken your knickers off' (the girl at the time specifically said I should leave them on); 'you shouldn't have been wearing such expensive knickers' (umm, they went with the bra I happened to be wearing that day), 'you said you wanted a ''high'' bikini wax and ended up having an ''extended'' one' (ummm...am I supposed to know how your salon classifies these differences on making my booking or should your employee inform me of this at the time...and why does this make it okay for you to spill wax on my panties?) I have to say that I have never received such atrocious customer service in my life, and the wax itself wasn't even a good job! I basically paid someone $40 to ruin an expensive pair of pants and then had the privilege of being told that it was utterly my responsibility! Meticulous? More like shoddy.

I had a Pedicure from Meticulous Beauty and I was very impressed with the location and privacy. I felt very taken care of and the pedicure was great! It has a very calm retreat feel to it. Defiantly recommending to my friends.

They will always look after their clients and are passionate about what they do. My experiences have always been amazing and relaxing. It's a great little spot which gives you a great feeling as soon as you enter. Service with a smile.

I had been feeling very low energy, unbalanced and just "not quite right". A friend recommended a Vibrosaun session (a combination of natural heat and soothing vibration) to help me relax and assist my body in getting rid of toxins. Walking into Meticulous Beauty was like stepping into a small piece of paradise and I felt instantly at ease in the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Vibrosaun session was amazing and I was alone in the warm cocoon of the machine, able to relax in my own private space. Once I surrendered to the feeling, I found that it took me to a very deep level of relaxation. The gentle vibrations invited my muscles to relax even further, releasing tension in my upper back, neck and shoulders that I did not know was there. The care and information provided by Gina both before and after the session was highly professional and I will certainly be back for sessions on a regular basis.

I just had the most amazing Natural Harmony Massage. Sharon was delightful and gentle. Actually, it's hard to describe just how relaxed and thoroughly rested I feel! Definitely something I want to repeat.

My previous experiences weren't at all relaxing or organic and it is fantastic that you offer such a holistic approach. I recommend everyone gives it a go. Guys and Girls.

After only two treatments I can feel the difference and know where I will be going for all my future beauty needs.

best place iv ever been to. id highly recommend sharon, best customer service every time, extremely helpful and professional. knows what she's talking about. and does the best job at everything. i wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been coming to this salon for the past 8 months now and I couldn't be happier! Not only are all the products 100% organic and eco-friendly, but the staff are just fantastic. I have recently purchased a set of 6 micro-dermobration facials and I have just have my second one and my skin feels amazing, I would definitely recommend this treatment. I have also recommended both male and female friends here to get their waxing done, and all have come back extremely satisfied! I would also say that you absolutely HAVE to get a full body massage, and as if that doesn't sound enticing enough, I was provided with iced water and organic treats at the end! Meticulous Beauty is in a perfect location, not far from the city, so treat yourself and stop in soon.. you won't be disappointed!

Well what else can I say other than the service is fantastic and also the staff are just beatiful. The salon is amazing also because everything is Organic and I have never seen a salon quite like it. It has just a beautiful feel about it and it is just so relaxing and also a great location. I would highly recommend it to anybody. My husband also has waxing there and facials so they have fantastic products and services available for males. So please if you havnt been there do your self a favour and get there as you wont be dissapointed. The salon is also very clean and hygenic which is so important.

Oh it was amazing experience .It was my first massage as my perception was if I don't have back pain I don't need one .But definitely I will be back again

We love visiting Prahran for the shopping, funky cafes and of course the Market. When we go, we always book into Meticulous Beauty for an Organic experience in this urban oasis. The peaceful ambience of this salon/spa needs to be seen to be believed. From the time you go upstairs, listen to the soothing music, enjoy the live plants, smell the soy natural candles, enjoy an organic herbal tea and take in this Balinese inspired spa, you are transported into a state of relaxation that you don't want to come back from.

Meticulous Beauty provided both great service and a wonderful organic experience. My first time trying organic and natural treatments and I can safely say I am switched for life. No more nasty chemicals for me.
