Definately not your average gym. Really personalised service which I hadn't experienced elsewhere. On my first visit, Chris really tried to get to know me and work out what I wanted from the sessions. Its a small private gym with a great vibe and a good group of trainers who are all really friendly and approachable. They have both one on one and small group training. These guys really kick started my life again and I couldn't recommend them enough!
