I demand a refund! I paid upfront for a service visit scheduled between 11:00 and 14:00, and by 14:20 they called to say they wouldn’t be coming at all. When the Metropolitan plumber eventually did arrive, all he did was glance at the puddle and claim there was no issue before leaving. I had to bring in a different plumber, who quickly identified and fixed a cold water leak. Metropolitan Plumbing still hasn’t returned the payment for the visit where their plumber completely missed the problem! I want my money back!
