Since moving to Mansfield I have been having my hair done here and always leave with a big smile. The staff are wonderful. Friendly, helpful and very good at what they do. I highly recommend paying a visit.

My sister, mum and myself booked in to have our hair done for my brother's wedding in Mansfield. I had a print out picture of a very easy curled updo which after 6 attempts the girl could not do and kept pulling it out... this went on for 45 minutes. My mum who has short hair, was booked in for a blow wave... Again, an apprentice did her hair and it took 45 minutes to do, with her calling another hairdresser over to ask how she did the sides of mum's hair. At the end, my mum had a massive uneven 'fro' sitting upon her head and it wasn't til I was walking behind her up the street that my sister and I noticed, the girl had blowdryed mums hair and left what looked like a bald spot on the back of her head. My sisters hair turned out ok, however, upon the 50 minute mark and the girl doing my hair began to shake and become quite nervous, my sister went out to the front desk and asked if another hairdresser could please step in and do something about my predicament. At around this time, (we had to be left in 20 minutes to be back in Merrijig to be dressed for the ceremony) my girl offered... "Do you just want me to do it in a bun or something?" to which I replied "NO". The other hairdresser came in and told my girl she would take over. She re-curled my hair, however, I did not receive the hairstyle I had taken in. With no time left to have it altered, all 3 of us left the salon very disheartened and disappointed. I would never recommend this salon to anyone!!! A stressful way to begin a family wedding!!! Yet, they still charged us all full rates!!
