I bought a headset online, it was the cheapest I could find and had free postage which was nice. I received the item a few days later with no problems. Unfortunately the headset is terrible quality (logitech's fault, not mightape) and I asked for a refund and they indicated I could post it back postage paid.
I would use mightyape again, cut price and good service. Win win.

Mighty ape is one of my favourite online department stores, they have an amazing range and almost always amazing prices... Many of their products are at rates that are significantly less then their 'bricks-and-mortar' counterparts. I have only had issues with a transaction once but one email to their support team had a response sent to me within mere hours. Highly recommended, any time I need books, movies, games or the like, it is my first and often my last stop.

I've just received my first DVDs ordered through mightyape.com.au and am exceptionally pleased with their service. The website clearly indicates whether an item is in stock and ready for delivery, or if a delay in shipping of 2-3 days is anticipated. Postage is a very reasonable $4.95, irrespective of the number of items ordered. For an additional $2.00 a signature on delivery service is available.

Mighty Ape stock an extensive array of DVDs the majority of which are as cheap, if not cheaper, than other online retailers. Dispatch of goods is efficient and I received my order three days after placing it. The DVDs arrived in perfect condition, although without the plastic wrapping which ordinarily comes with new items. An added bonus was that in ordering through a link on rewardscentral.com.au I received 2 points with the aforementioned for each whole dollar spent at Mighty Ape. Highly recommended.

Easily one of the best online stores I've ever used. Not only is their range of DVD's impressive and cheap, their daily deals are incredible and often the items they sell at incredibly decreased prices are stuff that's hard to get. Also during the checkout once you're done they offer other items again at an even bigger discount. Delivery has always been fast (Within 3-4 working days) And items arrive in pristine condition.

This is by far the best online Game store I have used. This is originally a New Zealand Based company and I have used it while I was still living in New Zealand! never had any problem and the shipping was quick. I've bought many games and accessories from mighty ape, and all were at a great price and delivery is cheap, but can take a while arrive. I currently have Halo 4 limited edition on preorder and they had the best price in the country, but now it has gone a little since I preordered it. They don't just sell Ames and toys here either, huge range of products.

Brought from them numerous times, based in NZ makes it easy to send gifts there, love the variety and there prices are good but still pays to shop around on the internet. Real impressed with the service, fast delivery and got an email letting me know I hadn't brought anything for awhile was given a voucher. Easy to use nice site.

I have bought fromo mighty ape a few times now. I did have one issue when I purchased some goods with my credit card and I was charged an overseas purchase fee. As mighty ape is actually a NZ company despite the .co.au on their web address, which was annoying as it did not state anywhere on their site that you would be paying to a NZ account. Since then they have PayPal now which is more convenient. I must admit the service and response time to questions is good, delivery time of goods could be better and maybe if they could offer next day delivery as well would be nice, currently they only offer snail mail and nothing else.

mightyape.com.au is a similar store to fishpond.com.au a online store that sells dvds, books, games and music and merchandise i have bought mostly things from there daily deals section where things are around 60 - 70% off they also have a marketplace feature that allows you to sell your books , CDs, or dvds to other member but the fee is about 9% and its not a very busy website so not a lot of people will see the listing the savings are rather good so take a look.
