As I have served both Navy and Army , I have purchased many items in recent years , on line.
Their service is friendly, prompt and their products are extremely reasonably priced.
In addition, the products are of very high quality.
If a return was required ( which I've never had to ), there is absolutely no issue whatsoever.
Once ,I believed that I had received a wrong medal. Upon my contacting the Team, they were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
However, a return wasn't required, as it was my error.
I will definitely purchase from the Team again.
In conclusion, I can definitely recommend any purchases from the Team at the Military Shop.

I would not recommend this business. Unable to conduct online purchases. Promise of rapid posting and orders sit in out box for days. Managers demonstrate very poor customer service and blame ordering software. Many items vastly overpriced. Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in years. Needed a number of other items but I will source them elsewhere in preference to giving this outlet any more of my business.

Most people have some links to the military - this shop is a great place if you have any interest in the Defence Force or Australia's military history. There are all sorts of things to buy - from contemporary kit to casual, military-related apparel to all manner of gadgets and stuff. It is quite amazing the number of different items for sale - it is easy to spend quite a small fortune, but it is all good if military is your thing. I have been there a few times in the last couple of months - the service isn't too bad, but not outstanding. Good for a trip after you've visited the Australian War Memorial or if you find yourself in Canberra.
