Mystifying that there are any negative reviews. Courteous, kind, explains, gives options, stays abreast, doesnt push moot treatments that might not be in the animals best interests.... he is just the best.

Would not recommend. Absolutely no people skills and subpar investigative skills into why your pet isnt well. Wont be taking them back.

Genuine care and concern and a deep awareness of the stress pet owners feel when their pet is sick. Andrew Buchanan did all he could for my kitten, which I had only had for 3 days since picking her up from the breeder, he could see I was distraught. He was honest and pointed out that the kitten was in poor condition in the first place and that I probably should not have been given the kitten from the breeder. He was committed to helping her though. going so far as to say "we are not giving up on her" The next day things got worse and I rushed back to the Clinic. Andrew carefully manage my expectations in saying she may not make it overnight. He offered to take her home to monitor her. She passed away that night. Andrew called to let me know. I believe he knew that her dying in my arms would devastate me. Well he judged that well. The service was over and above. The care and concern I was shown was amazing. Thanks so so much. RIP Coco. What comforts me is that you were cared for.

I've had Andrew looking after my 4 yr old border collie and also my previous dog (a golden retriever who lived to be 15 years old). Very knowledgable and compassionate. I wouldn't use any other vet in Perth.

Let's face it our animals are just as important as e rest of the family. The vet here Andrew Buchanan has to be the nicest vet and treats all his patients with lots of love. The vet nurses are lovely to. If you want your loved member of the family to be treated. Take them here. They are truly wonderful
