I was recommended by a family member to go and have a chat with Kase to determine some fitness goals. Since then he has been my fitness trainer for a couple of weeks now and I love it. Can't wait for the future and Mind Body Elite.

Prior to meeting Kase, I found the gym intimidating and lacked the knowledge I needed to achieve the kind of body I wanted. I had struggled with plenty of "false starts" in the past and felt frustrated. Kase has given me the knowledge to train using proper technique and form for long lasting results. He has a technical approach, has an ability to communicate difficult concepts in a simple manner and is incredibly motivating. I wish I had made the decision to train with him sooner and recommend him to you highly.

Kase is the perfect example of a highly motivated, dedicated & skilled personal trainer, who sets examples of a healthy lifestyle in his own living & aims to educate his clients on training & healthy living.
I have had the pleasure of working with Kase on correcting my technique & building my skills in Calisthenics. He has very strong, clear communication skills, to help you understand how to better execute movements to get the most out of your workouts. I consistently learn from him, always feel challenged and feel supported in developing the patience to get results. Education is key in the movement & wellness journey and Kase really takes the time to help you know what you're doing, why you're doing it & how it's going to benefit you. With patience & consistency, which he so naturally supports, the results are mind blowing.

I have been training with Kase for a year and in that time he taught me techniques and nutrition. He is very thorough and makes sure you are doing all the exercises correct. Even when you aren't training with him he is more than happy for you to text him if you have any questions, he is always there for you.
I have learnt a lot and have achieved more than what I thought.
Money well spent and will continue to train with Kase.

Kase is much more than just a personal trainer who helped me to gain my self confidence back and shed 16 kilograms that I put on in the last 15 years. He is also a good friend who always helps me to stay positive when I'm facing difficult times in life. When I'm training with him I feel motivated and want to move forward to achieve the best health, body and the peace of mine I have been looking for all my life.

His teaching method is firm, clearly laid-out while at the same keep me feeling relaxed. The exercises that he put together in each session challenge my body and mind, I gain the strength yet my muscles are lean and still retain the beautiful shapely curve of a woman.

Thank you Kase Cheah from Body Mind Elite for giving me a chance to regain my healthy body and vitality I need to do things that make my life meaningful. A big part of my confidence to start my own new business 'Organic Nissa' providing organic cooking workshops is down to you 😊!

I met Kase at a seminar he hosted about weight training and diet for women. I was not really convinced weight training was for me and I had a quite disappointing experience in the past with a PT. But I love trying new things at the gym and I felt I needed something more than my 3 bodypump classes a week to gain more muscles in my upper body and get my legs leaner. So I decided to give it a shot for a free session with Kase.
What I like with Kase is everything he says has been well documented before and he always explains why we do such or such exercise.
With Kase, I managed to lift heavy, which I wouldn't have dared before by myself. But the real benefit for me has been learning the right techniques, especially to squat and deadlift. And that really helps me for my bodypump classes, as I am more aware of activating all my muscles during the different tracks. And I also can carry heavier weights at pump class, which means burning more calories!
I like the fact that he gave me a diet plan, adapted to my body and my goals, explaining why I should eat that much protein, carbs or fat, and when, etc. And I've actually been eating more than before without gaining much weight.
What Kase has also taught me is stretching is very important if you want to perform at your best. And I really enjoy some stretching sessions sometimes.
Finally, after training twice a week with Kase for 4 months now, I can see my arms, my shoulders and my legs are more toned. I can do few pull-ups all by myself and I'm not afraid anymore to do heavy squat alone.
I really recommend Kase if you want to understand what kind of exercises is required for your own fitness goal, if you like varying your training program and if you want to get toned and see real results in your physique and your energy level.

I have tried personal training (PT) many many times and always find them soooo disappointing and such a waste of money... That's why when I signed up with Fitness First again and the club manager recommended Kase as my trainer and persuaded me to try PT again, I was very sceptical... but because Sean kept saying Kase is different and he will vouch for Kase as a great trainer and guarantee I will find him a great trainer otherwise he'll give me a refund, I thought I'll give it one more try. I already decided at that time that I was just gonna do the 3 included sessions with Kase and then stop (that was June 2013) Somehow, today I still train with Kase, and not only once a week but twice! I now love exercising (which I never thought I would) and have lost total of more than 7kg! Not only that, Kase somehow convinced me to take part in a 10 weeks transformation challenge which he vows that he believes in me and that I can do it!!!

Today, Kase Cheah is the greatest personal trainer for me!!! and I'm sure many more of his clients will say the same... He is very professional, very encouraging, teaches you great skills and is genuinely interested in you making progress... He is focussed on you and you alone when training you... Just simply think he is the greatest asset to have as a trainer!!!

I originally went to a personal trainer as it was included in my initial sign up with Fitness First. I never could understand why anyone really needed a personal trainer and have always thought it a waste of money - how wrong I was!.

I have been going to gyms on and off for about 25 years. I have never really seen any results and always used to think it was my natural body structure that prevented me from seeing these results.

I have been training with Kase for 11 months now and have had a fantastic transformation in both my physical body appearance, posture as well as general well being. I have developed muscles where I never had before, have toned up considerably and even squared out what I thought were naturally sloping shoulders.

Kase's philosophy of training is to equip his clients with a good understanding of how to do the exercise, why we should do it and the best way to get optimised results. He is a trainer that will totally understand each exercise he teaches and also uses them himself, that way you know it must be good!

I cannot praise Kases training ability, dedication and genuine interest and care he has for his clients and their achievements enough and highly recommend him.

Kase was reccommended to me by a friend last October. I'd had some personal training/gym experience prior but hadn't achieved the lean muscular physique I wanted or managed to give up bad eating habits. My goal was to lose 3kg by the end of the year.

I trained with Kase once a week and got into the habit of logging all my food, and practised accountabiity and self discipline. I lost 3 kg and my body fat percentage got down to 20.3%.

The main thing I have learnt from Kase is that mental discipline is everything- conquer your demons and the rest becomes much easier.

This year I have continued training twice a week with Kase, doing more challenging strength training and continuing to clean up my diet. 3 weeks ago I entered a 10 week body transformation challenge alongside Kase and other clients of his. So far I've lost another 2.5kg, and think I am on track to having a better physique at age 45 (and after 3 kids) than I did 20 years ago!

Kase is a very honest, patient and likeable person who is always available to answer any questions. He provides ongoing motivational support to help you achieve your goals.

More importantly he knows what training methods to use to get the physique you are looking for, something which I think many PT's fall short on. I realised I was previously wasting time at the gym doing exercises which may have got me fitter, but did not visibly improve my physique.
