Mind Over Muscle is a service that will come to you at work or home to treat you in Sports Kinesiology and to train you in Fitness. They have the widest knowledge in health and well being as well as training my body in fitness that it has far exceeded any gym or health club I have ever been in. They use Sports Kinesiology to assess your body first and then take an overall picture of what is happening with my health that would affect why my muscles are not working a certain way. They then correct my body through weekly sessions and guide me over the phone and email when I am not sure. I have been given a folder with my weekly program and it has photos of the exercises and stretches I need to do and then they follow up with the foods I need to be eating or drinking for optimal health. I have discovered that this can change on a daily basis sometimes and they are always there to help. They are the best I have ever experienced and I have been looking for someone who truly knows what they are doing and also look like they do themselves what they are doing for others. Cant recommend them highly enough..
