WHY CANT I GIVE 0 STARS?
This is the worst cleaning company I have ever used. They are complete con artists. Happy to agree a price with you to win the business, but they reserve the right to change that price on arrival - which they did to me by an extra few hundred dollars knowing it was too late for me to back out (it was an end of lease clean) They also tried to cancel on me at the last moment by pretending their car had broken down, only to arrive on time when I demanded they arrive.
Ended up costing me $700 for a small 2 bedroom apartment. Approx 3hrs work all up. I also had to pay for their parking. Do your research as this ended up being double what most of their competitors charge.

Brilliant service by the Ministry of Cleaning team. They arrived quickly and got straight into extracting all the water out of my carpets that was a result of a burst toilet pipe. They worked late into the night to make sure they got the job done - and they did it well!

They cleaned my carpets 2 weeks ago. I booked them for this weekend to clean house which they agreed. Rang yesterday and today to find out what time they are coming. They won't answer phone or text messages. Very unprofessional. Will not be recommending. Cannot be relied on. Do not use this company

Absolutely, they went over and above, very thorough, fair prices and keep you well informed all the way. i would thoroughly recommend Ministry of a cleaning for End of Lease cleaning, industrial cleaning, hoarding and squalor, carpet steam cleaning and more.

"Please guys dont fall for them , they are not professional cleaner they charge extra after leaving some parts (100 dollars they charged me aprt from 650 they quote for work) , very pathetic service List of pathetic services 1) garden moving and weed removal -- they are not even qualified to do this and they give irritating reason this is how we do it and and leave the green waste for the grass to grow 2) kitchen cleaning -- The real estate guys called them 2 times still the cleaning was not upto the mark (dust was still found , they charged 550 for cleaning but still i helped them cleaning marks on the cabinets etc) , reasons were sir we cannot clean more than this etc 3) The finishing is very bad ,once they complete the second visit , they will ask you email in front of them that service is good which i found to be provoking 4) They are not busy till the time you have not paid once you pay they be busy like hell 5) Customer service is very pathetic same people who come to clean manage the emails as well so overall only carpet steam cleaning , other appliances ,cabinets where was only thing they did a fair job Please choose someone more experience or atleast have time for the work as they are always inn hurry to finish "

I recommend to stay away from this business. When I booked for the carpet cleaning, they supplied me a confirmation under someone else's details. I am still worried if my details will be sent to other people as well.
The carpet cleaning service itself was terrible. Our carpet has got some stains already, instead of cleaning it out, they made it worst and bigger size. It took 3 days full on very hot day (it was 28-30 degrees) even on the 3rd day some areas were still damp. This made me question if their machine suck up all the water or not. On the cleaning day, I asked the technician how long does it take to get the carpet dry. He responded "six hours"..this is clearly a misleading. Please stay away from this business. I was paying $140 for 3 bedrooms and ended up with ruined carpet, really not worth it.

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received by this business.
I booked a 2 hour house clean ($70) hoping for it to be a regular monthly thing. I explained to the cleaner what I wanted, and then left the house to do errands. I came home to what I would rate a 2.5 out of 10 cleaning job. I felt like he could have accomplished what he did in the space of 30 mins, not 2 hours. I took photos of the issues I noticed (shower not cleaned, floors not cleaned, sink not cleaned etc) and made a complaint to the company. They gave me 2 options - have the same incompetent cleaner come back to address the issues, or give me a $15 refund. I explained that I believed neither of those options were good enough in these circumstances and I expect a lot more from a professional cleaning service. They did not acknowledge the poor job done in the photos I attached, and replied only minimally to my detailed concerns. In the end I did not want to pay $55 for my house not to be cleaned (if I took the refund) so I opted for the cleaner to return. Well... he showed up at our house with 3 friends with him (that were not assisting with the clean)!!! This is extremely appalling and unprofessional. I am shocked at what this company believes is appropriate and acceptable. I would definitely not use the service again and would strongly recommend for anyone else considering this business so go elsewhere instead.

They contacted me after I mentioned in FB that looking for cleaner. Booking was easy but the quality of work is very poor.
I can feel the dust on carpet after the cleaning.

Awesome Customer Service! I booked and End of Lease cleaning with Prerna. Booking was easy, price was reasonable, Sam the cleaner did great clean. I was very happy, however property agent nit picked few minor things. I called Prerna and she arranged a free reclean without any fuss. I got my bond back. I am ecstatic. I'd happily recommend them.

Mick was very professional and thorough from begin to end. He showed up on time, was friendly, did an amazing job, carpets turned out really nice, very competitive price. I would rate 10/10 and happily recommend to anyone out there looking for professional carpet cleaning at competitive price. Hired them for cleaning carpets at my place and the guys did a wonderful job. Having 2 kids and 2 pets, my carpets was quite stained, and the guys went over and beyond and the carpets really looks so clean, fresh and revived. Thank heaps to you guys. You have my recommendation!!!

Excellent Cleaning Service and great results for such a competitive price. Prerna and her team were so nice to deal with and provided very high level of customer service. Staff were knowledgeable about Carpets and stains and were helpful. Arrived on time, were quick and efficient with job. Top of all there were no hidden cost as most of carpet cleaning companies do. Highly Recommended.

Ministry of Cleaning has been in charge of all my house cleaning operations for the past 1 year and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the quality of services they have been providing. From carpet to tile and grout, their cleaning expertise is really extensive.

Rang Monday and there were able to come out Tuesday night! Carpets, 6 seater L shaped couch & queen pillow top (both sides) mattress were cleaned in no time! The carpet cleaner guy was awesome to chat too as well! Such great service & price - Thank you!

EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL!! Ruined my 2month old carpet when called out to remove small coconut oil stain. Assured us they could remove the stain but flooded and scrubbed the carpet so much that it has stretched and damaged the loop pile! When I contacted [redacted due to personal identifier] and requested he come and inspect he refused and has offered zero compensation stating it is not his responsibility. Very unprofessional attitude from the start when 2hours late to initial appointment with no phone call! Appalled with this company and will be seeking legal advice, save yourself the headache and find someone professional with experience!

I must say that I am very impressed with their carpet cleaning services. They extracted the stains that I thought were permanent, carpets looked better than when I leased this place.

I hired them on short notice for End of lease cleaning for my 3 bedroom house and they arrived (thank you), and did a good job (thank you again), and I got my bond back (wow).

I would recommend them to anyone who may need End of leae cleaning.
