After having eye lashes incorrectly put on by a cheaper operator Emma was fabulous in explaining the correct procedure to extensions and removed them without any pain ! Thank you Emma and I look forward to having them done by a professional !i have learnt my lesson thankfully with my own eye lashes still intact !

Lovely girls and friendly service but sub-standard eyelash extension application. Matted and poking all over the place. I nearly cried when I saw my lashes in the car mirror on the way home. I'm a lash extension "veteran' and know what a decent application looks and feels like. Usually have lashes done interstate due to work travel but thought I'd try a local salon before an OS trip. I had to have the extensions professionally removed by another salon. Terribly disappointing.

For a company that states it is "dedicated to offering a world class service", they have failed miserably. Having recently expanded, it is clear Miss Eyelash is not able to maintain it's supposed high level of service. Incorrect booking times, incorrect confirmation of bookings/cancellation and worst of all, not not meeting expectations. Miss Eyelash charges top dollar, more than any other eyelash extension provider in the city, for her service and therefore this is what is expected. After having booked to have my eyelashes done with one of her more experienced staff members, I show up for my appointment to find that I am being looked after by the Newbie. No prewarning. No apology. Just not good enough Miss Eyelash.
There are many eyelash salons who are able to provide a better service for less than what ME charges. Thats where I will be going from now on.

I loooove my miss eyelash lashes so much, that I make the 3 hour round trip to see Emma every 3 weeks. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The most beautiful natural looking lashes. They should come with a highly addictive warning as I now never want to be without my miss eyelash lashes.

Sasha is the eyebrow queen! When I first visited Miss Eyelash my eyebrows were quite thin and I really wanted them to grow out and become thicker. After my first consultation with Sasha I left feeling really happy and excited. She actually listened to what I wanted rather than just telling me what she was going to do (like other beauty salons I'd been to). She also explained that it was going to be a process of growing them out and maintaining them from home too. She is really meticulous in her treatment and is a real perfectionist! She really does know what she is doing! In a short few months my eyebrows have become really thick and very natural looking and I owe it all to Sasha!

I had requested a certain staff member when I rebooked, and on the day I was swapped because she had left. Wasn't happy with the communication about this situation and the rudeness of some of the other staff members there. In the end Lu was VERY great but I wouldn't pay $200 for a set from them again after my experience. Another staff member kept entering the room which was very off putting. The whole experience didn't feel genuine and felt very scripted. The loft is beautiful but customer service wouldn't go astray, I pay $200 for my lashes, not to go and look at a pretty apartment space.

I had my eyelashes done here as mine don't seem to grow at all... they were thick and gorgeous after the treatment.

Thanks to all staff at Mount Eliza. I have confidence in Stacey who is friendly and professional and an expert in eyelashes. She takes time to shape and colour my eyebrows. Perfect job over the last 6 months that I have been attending Miss Eyelash!
