Mitchell Gardens Holiday Park

I stayed at Mitchell Gardens, now called Bairnsdale Rivers, for 2 nights in a cabin with my family.
The cabin was clean and tidy. The park does not really cater to families- there are only 2 swings, and a swimming pool, which it was too cold to use.
There is a new playground across the road which is excellent, however sometimes you just want to be able to sit on your deck and supervise the kids on the play equipment that most parks have, and this one had pretty well nothing- not even DVDs or board games to hire.

I stayed here for four nights in an en-suite cabin. Its a lovely park in a nice area. Walking distance to the shops. Reasonably priced. Fantastic swimming pool. Lots of space for tents and caravans too.
