I’ve been going to Dave for years but this service someone else did the service & was upset to lose to of my wheel covers within 2 days as they weren’t put back on properly

I was quoted (2 times in person and once over the phone) and told that they would install Bendix SUV/4WD brake pads on my Kia sorento 2013 AWD crdi 2.2. I exactly asked for the same pads to be installed, instead they installed Bendix General CT which is for smaller cars. On my sorento the SUV/4WD is recommended. I specifically asked for it. I feel cheated and would not recommend to friends and would not go back again.

Quality repairs at a reasonable price. Always friendly attentive service. Have used them for years and have always been very happy with work done.

I was told by a mobile mechanic that came out that my car needed a new starter motor as I had an issue starting my car. My car had started again though so I thought I'd drive it to a mechanic because they're cheaper than the mobile ones. After calling around for quotes and available times I took my car out to Mobile One Auto repairs and told one of the men there what I had been told. They checked over my car, cleaned up my battery connections and told me that my starter motor is working fine and doesn't need to be replaced. They said it was probably my battery connections not picking up enough power because they were a little corroded.
To top it off they sent me away, free of charge. I'm sorry but that just doesn't happen any more these days!
I paid a mobile mechanic $80 the previous day to look at it for less than two minutes and quote me $400 to fix the starter motor, and I went to these guys telling them that, and instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge, they were honest and fixed the issue for free!
It is so hard to find a reliable and honest mechanic these days, especially when you have little to no knowledge about cars. So, any people that have car issues and don't know a reliable mechanic, these are your guys!

Dave is amazing - very trustworthy and accommodating. Puts up with my silly questions and replies (I know nothing about cars).

Very upfront and doesn't rip me off, which is very rare since I'm female.

I know how much it costs to replace disks in the front of my subi, it aint $250 but they did it good and quick so cant complain
