She's very organised, experienced and has an incredible ability to guide weddings in a personal and fun way. My partner - Luke and I felt extremely comfortable with Monique. Monique was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning. Initially we had a casual catch up at her house where she got to know us a bit more and find out what sort of style we were looking for. From there she explained everything perfectly and provided us with a comprehensive document of vows and passages to choose from. They were perfect and allowed us to have a combination of traditional and personal. We had a full rehearsal with the bridal party and Monique at the venue which relieved many nerves and made us feel so comfortable for the big day. During the wedding Monique assisted us greatly to remain calm and soak it all in. Everyone at our wedding commented on how beautiful the words were. Monique was professional, supportive and had a great energy about her. Can't recommend Monique high enough.

Monique is an exceptional celebrant with a fresh approach and a warm demeanour. She is assured in her experience and flexible in her approach. In our initial conversations (we organized this from overseas), we were struck by her confidence and warmth, and the experience of working with her only got better. While she provided us with a framework of what wedding ceremonies are usually structured like, as well as 2 massive documents with myriad textual suggestions, she was open to working with us to take the ceremony in a direction that we felt most reflected us. I think our third draft (cowritten together!) was the final one! On the day itself, she impressed everyone with her poise, timing and clarity. All the guests kept telling us how moving it was, and how many of them were in happy tears. She is just a lovely person. She is also so organized, and was a constant reassurance throughout the difficult process of planning a wedding. She also just clearly loves what she does - it shows in the care and thought she puts into it, from her questionnaires that she sends to help create your narrative, to the multiple revisions we went through. She really contributed greatly to a very special day.
