Cannot recommend highly enough the service provided by Alen. We had a problem with my daughter's Macbook which was needed promptly for Uni work. Alen inspected the unit and was able to diagnose the problem and provided a fixed price. The keyboard was replaced, a full service provided and advised to increase the RAM, and the unit was ready the same day.
