They personalised the instrument for @ no additional charge and the completed the sales with the most beautiful complementry gift wrapping. I bought a pair of cufflinks for my bf for xmas and only one month later the mont blanc star fell out (ie. they were faulty). I took them back and I was advised they had to be sent to Hong Kong for repair and 4 weeks later I am still waiting. I have enquired serveral times about how much longer I have to wait for them and have been advised that untill 4 weeks they can't even follow them up!!! I am advised its probably another 4 weeks till I get them back!! I would have hoped for much better customer service from mont blanc!!!!!

I bought a $500 agenda from Mont Blanc and when I got it home I found that the refills did not fit in the agenda. I took it back to the shop and they also could not fit them on properly. They gave me a credit note (despite it being obviously faulty) and told me they had to send it away to confirm it was faulty & then I could have my money back. It took well over a month to sort out.
