Staff are professional and compassionate. My little dog is not always the easiest/friendliest to deal with (much to my embarrassment) but the staff just take it in their stride. I love that I get follow up phone calls checking on his welfare.

All staff were very friendly and helpful and offered me a drink whilst I was waiting, I arrived without an apt but did not have to wait very long at all
